We currently only ship to the UK, however we hope this will change in the near future so please check back for updates.
Processing Times
As all our products are hand made our current order processing times are 2-3 working days before dispatch.
Standard UK Delivery
£3.95 per delivery if under £35.00 value or free for orders over £35.00
Parcels up to 2kg are sent via EVRI 2-3 working days (Fully Tracked)
Parcels over 2kg are sent via DPD 1-2 working days (Fully Tracked)
Wrong Postal address
We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect postal address being given. Under these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us.
Please Note – We will try our hardest to meet all delivery time scales, but very occasionally there may be delays, especially during busy periods. Please check our current processing times for any updates. There might also be other factors that can cause delays like postal/delivery delays, bad weather delays or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. Please note we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left by yourself with Evri or DPD.
